Took longer than originally planned to get it rented, but able to get it rented above the rate that I ran the numbers at, so it's a win.

It helps that my market has a relatively low price point for real estate investing.My plan is to combine the equity from my BRRR, flip profits, and lottery winnings (yeah right!)

if your going to partner 50/50,then sell it to your partner at half the price you paid at current market value,being fair upfront will assure future endevours going forward[win/win]
