There was mold growing on the walls because ATL is very humid and no one had been in the home.

Added central HVAC, remodeled entire kitchen, knocked down a wall, installed new siding, new plumbing, new appliances, basement waterproofed, refinished wood floors, removed popcorn ceilings Lessons learned?

To address the wall paper, you may just want to tear down the sheetrock (as opposed to taking it off and repainting) which will let you address any necessary re-insulation.

Mind you, this was not the full condo just the master bed, bath and living room(baseboards, ceilings and wall.)

Several holes in walls from taser barbs (I assume this because the neighbor heard the police say they 'we will shoot'.)

The equity that you’re going to build will be great too w/all your renos.

The "workmanship" that we're seeing, across the board, is nothing short of disgraceful - paint hiding rotten siding, vinyl flooring over rotten sub-floors, "new" shingle roofs over 2 old roofs where the structure can't support it, load-bearing walls removed with no structural replacement, even a swimming pool that was buried.  

Once the tenant moves out I don't waste any more time asking for the new address.

My main concern is the wooden paneling being used for the walls.
