Recommendation for General Contractors in Chicago?

Terrance Curry
Posted

I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for investor friendly GC's? I need to repaint a 2bd/2ba condo and a potential kitchen remod in the future.

@Terrance Curry why not find a local painter to handle the condo? That is such a small job that no quality GC will touch it. I would guess you could paint a whole 2 bed condo for in the $1200-1500 range. If you need a good GC, @Jonathan Klemm is definitely a great option for you.

Definitely start attending meetups as that is where you meet other investors who will help you along the way (and hopefully you can pass that on as you grow). I have attended a landlording meetup in Berwyn since I got started and I have met so many wonderful investors, agents, lenders and contractors through that group.
