@Bishan Colon, No, there is no Better Business Bureau (or the equivalent of a Moody's) for several reasons, including the fact that virtually every syndication has a nondisclosure agreement that would probably make a public website equivalent to BBB or Moody's illegal (or at least a violation of those agreements).So ultimately you are responsible for doing your own due diligence, which you can do in other ways.For vetting a syndication, different investors do it differently because every investor comes from a different financial situation and has different goals and risk tolerance.

@Darren Winslow I'm a real estate investor and a realtor in orlando and Kissimmee, and my CPA is located in another city , What I wanted to say is that you don't need to have a CPA that lives in the city where the properties are located or even the state, now the best CPAs in the country works virtually and they do everything through EMAIL
