There are two ways to value a mobile home park. 

I want to hone in on one or two of these markets, but right now these are the ones on my radar.

I aim to purchase two apartments outright in either Brickell or downtown Miami—properties with minimal HOA expenses. 

I was thinking that flipping one or two mobile homes would provide some cash to put towards reserves for a house hack or something like that.

I will be curious to see if the algorithm lowers the nightly rate too much the closer it gets.IE - 30 days is $300, but if it is 5 days, it drops to $100.I did see you can set a low and high min/max.
