The hours don't bother me but the travel time away from my kids does.

I travel cheap, but each trip will still cost me $500-800.

@Chad Carson We like the travelers rest, taylors, greer areas but not set on anything yet though.

., appliances, maybe an electrician, maybe a hurricane-prep guy.For larger repairs, like tile or a roof or bath remodel, I would travel down to manage it.

They would call or mail to arrange a visit while traveling through the US.

Investing out of your area increase cost (travel) and/or risk.There are many people who do it successfully but don't assume the grass is greener somewhere else.

We're self-managing the business from New York, NY - but pretty free to travel to Atlanta and actually make fairly regular trips there already.

I would say maybe summer has something to do with is and people are traveling and just not too focused on selling or something, but then again this is totally just throwing it up there, since I really have no idea lol  Not to over simplify but I just didn't get as much from my "suppliers" and Kale is still getting a feel how to land them on his own so hopefully some of those things start coming together and the next few weeks are better than the past few.    

I am working M-F 9-5 plus OT and some weekends and travel the country with the technical job and practice Real Estate from 5:30pm-11:00pm most weeknights and every weekend and every day off.

The biggest challenge for me, is that it requires a substantial amount of travel.
