Hi, my name is Paul Hoeppner.  I'm from Las Vegas, NV.

I've been becoming more and more interested in real estate within the past 2 years.  In November of 2013, I purchased a new home in Las Vegas and had plans to sell my old home.  After doing some discussions with investors I knew, and doing plenty of research online, books, articles, etc., I decided I would rent out my previous home.  So far so good!

My goals in real estate are longevity.  I want to be able to generate cash flow, while continuing to grow my net worth.

Right now, I work as a tour manager / production manager for a musician.  The biggest challenge for me, is that it requires a substantial amount of travel.  Last year alone, I flew over 400,000 miles.

Although the amount of travel I do takes away from time I would like to spend on learning about and working on real estate deals, it also brought me to BP.  I just searched "real estate" on podcasts on iTunes, and BP is the one I enjoy the most.  I have a lot of time to kill on airplanes, and the podcasts are a great tool for me.

Looking forward to jumping into discussions on the forums.

Paul
