Last year my OT went to travel (NYC, Destin, Seattle, & Portland), but now it's time to save!

It is safer to not invest, not drive, not fall in love, not travel places on vacation, etc. but is not practical. 

I’ve been traveling a lot more lately so my savings has been dropping but I keep a hopefully comfortable amount which I believe is about $100,000 rn.

Therefore since I can’t travel I’m looking to connect with as many people out of state in order to pursue 2-4 unit multifamily properties!

So I was raised in the virgin islands and then i joined the military and traveled the world.

I have found that even many high-end homes have ADUs or au pair suites that people like to rent to traveling nurses, professors on sabbatical, grad students, their kids who come back from college or aging parents (likely no rent in that scenario).

If the hotels are extended stays then it may be a sign that there is a need more on the corporate/traveling worker side of things which is where I focus on.

I'm glossing over some of the more intricate details here, but basically my understanding is that compensation/referral fees need to travel from brokerage (eg.

I've had investors travel from as far as Australia to meet in our office just so they could see that we were real.We spend all the time we need to answer every question posed to us. 

I understand how this works with a car, and it is similar with a trailer, but obviously I need to title this in IL, or am I missing something?
