Fresh from my FB seminar (Sunday March 3rd), my wife and I are excited and doing tons of research on which fork to travel down at the REI split.

I went down the personal BK road many years ago due to wife's incredible amount of medical debt when she got hurt at work.

The home owner retrieved a towel from inside his home, the woman dried off, dressed and left.It was at that point he re-entered his home to discover that he had been robbed of a handgun, jewelry and medication.

I purchased a rental house last year from a guy who was involved in a divorce, eviction, bankruptcy, had a mechanic's lien on the property, and had was dealing with severe medical problems due to an injury at work.

Now it's true that the travel cost will be higher but there are ways around that.The reason I say this is, I know there are other parts of the US with much stronger economic growth than the mid-Atlantic, and those will be better places for investment.You didn't say what you plan to do with your properties but that would be really helpful to know.

I am a new REI and I have yet to buy or sell my first home but I am excited to travel this new path.
