I would also point out that if you change your investing approach in 5, 10, 15, 20 years and decide that you have amassed enough passive income that now you want to transition to long term wealth building.

I will be transitioning them to my preferred lease when the current one is up, but I have no big problems with it.  

Yes Sellect but they are a transitional broker so not on their website but is on the MLS.We may just have to lower the price but there is a 4/2.5 pending at 330k and a sale for 315k.  

But honestly most of what I am seeing are picked over, over priced listings.I really think the only opportunities are forced appreciation in transitional  neighborhoods. 

What is the best way for transition?

Any things I MUST do to insure the ownership transition runs smoothly?

Upside, backyard, deck, access to mass transit, restaurants, beach.
