Tonight, I decided to post for the first time and introduce myself.I'm a social worker and I recently finished law school.

This home is also in a great area with good schools.

Location is pretty convenient (close to schools, downtown, etc.).

Can't say I've ever met a RE attorney except maybe somebody that was just out of law school yet to decide what they want to do with their life...it's very specialized.Somebody else may know a RE attorney in your area ... anybody??

After playing professional baseball for most of my twenties, I went back and finished school at The University of Texas and I now work in TV development in Santa Monica, CA.

Account Closed Funny you say that because I was thinking of doing student housing in Greensboro NC where I went to school but I was not sure if the commute to DC to NC would make sense for a new investor like myself.

In no particular order: per capita income, crime rate, vacancy rate, average rent, average home price, population growth/decline, school quality.

When I was in high school, we had a career day and "Real Estate Agent" was one of the "classes" I could go to, so I decided to and fell in love with the idea of being a real estate agent.  

Like, would you let kid live there if they were going to school nearby?
