Just saw a NatGeo program on the issue and it is a State wide scandal.

We have been "going wide" by buying a number of single family houses, and then "go deep" by snowballing them and working to pay them off.  

You can look at a brand and specific model and find WIDELY varying reviews.

Also in MD the owner has 30 days after the foreclosure to challenge the case and the courts have wide latitude to turn it over.

What you tell the occupants will vary widely, depending on if they're the owners or if their tenants.

Who wouldn't want a double-wide with a view!!!

Hairline cracks are aesthetic deficiencies, meaning cracks less than 1/8" wide... well we call it poor workmanship...  

I know that there is also new condo/townhome/SFH communities in this area that are great investment.Also, Real Salt Lake professional soccer team is building their World Wide indoor soccer training facility right next to one of our Herriman communities.

They are actually quite informative and typically have a wide variety of experience levels.  

Also depends on what is your budget, engineering services comes in a wide range, from surveying to utilities, roads, easements, to design your properties (architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, etc), and construction services such as inspections, construction management, QA, etc.
