Hey BP,

I was doing some research on a 4-unit property deal in Tampa, Fl and called an insurance company who told me that these properties (2 duplexes) are located .1 miles from a sinkhole and they would not insurance under .3 miles.

My question is: Is this a deal breaker or should I try and find an insurance company that will insurance on this?

Also has anyone else had any experience with sinkholes.

Thank you
