It shouldn’t be a problem if you have a solid deal and you’re willing to shop around to several banks.

Why enrich a bank or mortgage company now, when you may not need the money for several months.

I have read and watched several videos on anonymity in the rental property business and wondered if this was an issue that any of you feel warrants utilizing an attorney as the registered agent?

There are several that have somewhat regular listings but it's not like the big cities where there are whole firms dedicated to multis.  

I personally do not invest or work in this market, however I do deal with several wholesalers who do business in Jacksonville and they seem to be getting a lot of distressed properties that look to provide decent returns.   

I try to line up several showings in one day while I'm staying busy cleaning or repairing.

While I am just doing a single flip right now, it's a big one, and I hope to parlay its gains into several smaller deals to see how much volume I can handle.
