Prospective tenants no-show for tour

I have recently required a new Class C single family property (my others are B+/A- in a different location which rent easily in a day or two).  I've had the new property listed for 3 weeks and have yet to have a solid lead.  I have tried 2 open houses on the weekend but no one shows.  I have had 10 private showings along with about 6 no-shows. I am thinking if a prospective tenant doesn't even come to a showing, I can't imagine tracking them down for rent every month, so once they no-show I cross them off my list.  My partner believes no-shows are to be expected in a Class C and we should give them another chance when they attempt to reschedule.  I'd love to hear others thoughts on this and how you handle no-shows.  Thanks in advance.

I tell the prospects " I will be showing the property Sunday at 3 pm "   I am there at 2;30 , and  if no one shows by 3;05 , I leave .   I always get a phone call around 30 minutes later by a prospect saying they are there to see the house .  I tell them sorry , the showing time was 3 pm .

Late for an appointment , late for rent
