I'm new to real estate and I want to buy fix and lease the properties out is that a good strategy for beginners or should I do something different to start out I've seen a good market where properties aren't that expensive so I can get in no problem my credit score is over 700 so I have good credit lines to fix the properties up any suggestions

@Randolph Brown I don't think reserves are that common unless there are extenuating circumstances (for instance, one lender I worked with required reserves with a very low credit score).
