Im 22 years of age and I want to house hack but my market is high
Can anyone lend me some guidance about what type of house hacking to do in South Florida region? I’m in the process to get pre-qualified for a 200k fha loan. The multi-family in my area is out of my budget. Can someone help me?

Hi Peterson,
I would also shop around as far as lenders. See if you can get a better deal somewhere else. I would also ask questions to whoever gives you a pre-qualification. As them how you can improve your situation and what things are effecting you from getting pre-qualified for more.
