This is how the NYC market operates and all because i wanted to upgrade the meter and relocated it outside with higher amp wires. 

Also wanted to see if there were any contingencies or things I should include in my offer such as when tenants need to move out, relocation fee, what happens if I find liens on the property, etc?  

New Braunfels to Georgetown, towns along it are some of the fastest growing towns in the country Texas for 12 yrs in a row leads country in corp relocations.

We've see a great many malls turn into ghost towns when the Anchor relocates or get closed by corp. 

Bank came back today with a counter of $175k (which includes $10k relocation for seller). 

My wife and I are considering relocating to Myrtle Beach, SC. 

Since then, I have added additional buy and hold residential properties, and even dipped my toe into the commercial office market.In late 2015 I relocated to Santa Rosa, CA and I have found this to be a pretty expensive market so far.

It is considerably newer as far as age goes, though the interiors are both nice, recently remodeled.I'm tempted to go for the 1928, as I will likely cash out in 10 years or less and relocate to Florida with the money from it, as well as my other rentals.
