OP disappeared but a good place to start would be a BP Pro or Premium membership where you get access to lease agreements and related forms, disclosures tailored to each individual state.Go here: https://www.biggerpockets.com/perks/pro I believe BP hired local landlord/tenant attorneys to prepare these packages... and I assume they would be updated periodically to reflect any changes to local law.

We also signed new lease agreements with the 2 remaining tenants for $799 but that new agreement included an addendum increasing their rents From $550 to $799 over the next 2 years (again because we didn’t want to gouge the older tenants but we also wanted to reflect what the actual rents for that property would be for the appraiser and the bank).We provided all of the information to the bank and the appraiser.

So with that being said, I am pretty sure that they do look for personal CCs as well so that way they know the the credit score that you have is reflective and will be able to keep up when you have a new business CC
