As for the radon, if it is reading high then maybe something is wrong with it and possibly installed wrong.  

Will the Rehab that you have effectively done make up for a market correction thus allowing you to pull equity from the property to properly Repeat the process or do you just have to wait for the market to bounce back before you can refinance?

I like the ease of installation for mobile home, just plug it in and you are ready to go.

The technical knowledge of how to move earth, install sewers, etc., mesh with the laws and regulations related to what type of street to install for a local government to accept it and maintain it along with the business decision to perhaps have an HOA maintain it instead. 

That might actually factor in that if they did leave and I raised the price, I might not get an immediate new tenant or one that I have properly qualified and liked.
