Find the person  that will help you and understands that your time is valuable.I have been calling offices and asking the receptionist if there is any agent available that works with a real estate  investors.

Hi Everyone,I remember walking into a Agents office in Scottsdale a few months ago, and they had 3-4 people on the phone, burning through entire zip codes asking if the home owner was interested in selling. 

Honestly, I'm going to call another agent at a different office and get a second opinion. 

Sounds like a good question to ask an attorney or your fair housing/real estate commission/housing office about. 

@Brandon Turner - Florida works pretty much the same as Washington State, though in some cases Attorney's offices perform the same functions (in my experience, this is more common with REOs).

The danger in Lonnie deals besides Dodd Frank is that all applicants have to be screened and approved by the park office/ manager.  

In gerneal loan officers lack any sense of inagination. 

Most of the times they may lie to you or at least exaggerated a bit.I think if you send a polite letter of notice and suggest if they have somewhere to go please stay away.
