I see what I can only assume you mean by "cold, proper apartment building" full of tenants paying high rents, and I see duplexes, four families, 10 unit single building places also full.Typically, larger complexes have an overall cheaper construction quality: cheap base board and doors, no crown, construction grade lights, but also come with clubhouses, pools, fitness centers, etc.
