It's a great weekend getaway!

As I mentioned in my original post, I basically have the green light, I'm just looking to see if anyone else has perfected my plan or if a lender has seen it done themselves or at least confirm it.

You could look into pursuing a dscr loan - this type of loan is perfect for a rental property as it uses rental revenue along with your credit score to qualify.

This seemed to be the perfect opportunity to get started on that journey.

Of course, this is not an easy process, but the strategy works if you can execute it perfectly.

Wouldn't you know it all of them had perfect ratings!!!!!
