How many deals have you loaned on in past 12 months?

I have been passionate about real estate investing for the past three years or so and am looking to jump into it shortly after I graduate.

1920's and was not repaired correctly in the past, so want to do it right this time but still on a budget.Also need to replace double hung windows. 

To add to that, a quick way is to look at what has been selling in the past 3-6 months in a given area.

In the past I've called a few places and asked how they can help me find a place to live as a tenant.

And you're going to pay 800 min to the CA franchise tax board no matter where the LLC is...

If they back out, it'll hopefully have appreciated past your break-even point and you can sell.

I have been living on the bare minimum for the past 22 months paying down my student loans to where now I am writing my last check this month!
