Newbie looking for job related advice
Hi there, my name is Paul Wilhelm, I'm 20 years old and just a month away from graduating college in Ontario, Canada. I have been passionate about real estate investing for the past three years or so and am looking to jump into it shortly after I graduate. As I am going to be joining the workforce soon I have been considering many jobs and am curious on what the best real estate related job to give a competitive advantage as an investor is. Jobs that I have considered include property manager, leasing agent, broker, home inspector, and of course, real estate agent. If it helps at all, I plan on using a buy and hold strategy focused on cash flowing properties. Thanks in advance, any advice is greatly appreciated!
