This piece of land is in a gated community area where there's outdoor activities, etc.

We also have room for boat parking , as well as a hot tub and cute outdoor area so hoping that helps. 

And, they don't seem very interested in entertaining offers.  

If you are not holding 5 plus years, I probably would not entertain one.  

This is two houses on one property and the house I am looking for help with is the one I will live in, not the rental.The garage was converted years ago into the garage but the cement was just covered with glued on indoor/outdoor carpet.
