I want to know what platforms you use to send out monthly emails and which ones are easier to create your own/dialogue.

I'm already migrating away from Quickbooks next year, so I will no longer be an Intuit customer for any of their products.There are several other options -YNAB, Empower/Personal Capital, Quicken Simplifi, Monarch Money, etc.

In todays world there are much better options for the application process but there are LOTS of background/credit check companies on the internet that provide different services and have different pricing. 

The ARV came back reasonable, but on the report, the appraiser only used Vrbo data and no Airbnb data, which many of my neighbors use both platforms.

ROC USA is your option but that is a big number and you may be running out of time at this point. 

I’ve seen properties advertised that the tenant is responsible for the HOA and it just screams cheap owner don’t rent hereLawncare - optional.

We have used Venmo, Paypal, etc for off platform bookings. 

Although a bank or insurance company would fit nicely into Berkshire’s existing platform, Canada does have restrictions on foreign ownership of those assets – so my bet would be either an energy or utility-oriented opportunity (plenty of them in Alberta) or perhaps a significant stake in Alimentation Couche-Tard, which owns the Circle K brand and has a significant global presence, potentially meshing nicely with Berkshire’s recent purchase of Pilot Flying J.This year, I had the pleasure of travelling to Omaha with some friends from New York University’s Real Estate Development program and got to catch up with old friends from all over the world.Alas, my favorite Buffett-ism from the meeting was "Understand that the market is there to serve you, not instruct you".

So on the surface, this sounds like a solid deal, compare it to any other available options and if it makes the most sense, pull the trigger, kick it out and then keep growing into the next one.
