I'm big on the numbers so everything I do will be compared to the opportunity cost of having the money in other assets like stocks.

@Brittney Hughley there will be lots of opportunities for live in flips once folks start selling off.

I have 500K to invest in cash and there is a lot of opportunities out there, I'm not familiar with those specific cities so it's confusing.
