I'm taking an active part now in setting some goals for myself for navigating this website and learning as much as I can and connecting with everyone I can along the way.I hope to learn a lot, become very successful and pass along the knowledge I obtain to others as I grow.

I’ve read in Austin this can be legally done by obtaining a license and in fact know a guy who does it.Curious if anyone has given this strategy a go?

This was all well and good until I went to the bank to get financing and they told me that even though I had a good job as an engineer I did not have enough credit history to obtain a loan.  

Appreciate the heads up but our thought is: we can obtain much better performing property in the US at a fraction of the cost and the returns will be in US dollars, so for us it is a win/win.

Has anyone had any success in obtaining variance in Camden by simply completing the zoning application without soliciting neighbors for variance approval?
