@Chase ColeyI’d narrow your search down to one agent/broker and show them loyalty in you doing business with them and explain to them how you’ll use them to buy a property and tell them your expectations on wanting comps ASAP - if you’re open with them they’ll work for you.

We went through the property and we noticed some issues-leak on exterior wall in dining room, vertical crack on entry wall from kitchen to dining room, 2 small bathrooms and kitchen need to be upgraded, entry is kind of narrow and odd, deck not up to current code and some other minor repairs that need to be done.

Thant narrows it way down and gives e a direct point to hit.
