It was the venturing out and networking, meeting people with far more success than me, speaking with attorneys, meeting real estate agents, going to closings, etc.

I am meeting with my web developer tomorrow and creating a content calendar that will be followed. 

After months of reading, going to REIA meetings, podcasts and etc.

@Orestes Romero If you are in South Florida the weekend of October 13th, there is a group of investors meeting for coffee.

I'm out of town investor, and I purchase a property in Cleveland, signed contract with a GC i meet on here, who was doing a decent job for some time, and I thought it was an honest guy. 

We also can meet all other requirements for borrowers (credit score, DTI, etc).
