The zoning allows for the residence to be rebuilt in the event of fire (which was asked by the bank who originally did the mortgage).  

Failure is not an event.

Looking at my Calendar there are REIA events mon-thursday next week, with another one on Saturday.  

Frankly, I attended a few networking events while I was at the university, and found them a bit awkward and of limited value, but you all sound like a good bunch so far.

Figure I'll look at it in the event the other deal falls through.Hoping I can work out a deal on the house I have an offer in on...it's on the NE side of town.

I do advise that you to be cautious, and due your own diligence when attending some of these events, as most promote their memberships and/or offerings.

I don't dissect their portfolios but with some of the recent extreme weather, turning attention to those markets that have had those types of events, which also means tapping into insurance claims to re-build, is a way to deploy product that has a higher rate of absorption.

I will definitely see if I can make this event.
