As it was, though, we thought it a much better idea to try the simple solutions ourselves first, in case they worked, before calling in the experts when the average main sewer blockage repair bill was anywhere from $400 to $900, depending on the website researched, and I doubt that includes the cost of clean-up of the crud after the repair, in any case.  

Most real estate brokerage firms have websites that let you search the MLS.  

No doubt if someone wants to start a thread about bad agents it would be the one thread that never dies:)  I did check out your website!

I've read on the usps website and that can mail out a index card.

@Steve BabiakBeenverfied doesn't report credit anyway but it does usually tell you an individual's criminal record and whether they have rental judgments  (which is all available publicly anyway, although the public records available on the court websites are usually more up to date).
