Wanting to network and build relationships to make 2019 a year or success!!!

You can only learn so much from a 2-3 day seminar, but you can also start a bunch of awesome relationships with people who are already doing what you want to do.

They are good, but lower than my historical average. 

I dove into personal growth, learning how to be better in relationships, medicine and life.

Getting a loan done in 15 days is not going to be possible unless you already have a relationship with a hard money lender. 

Pros - My PM is fair and honest, makes reasonable decisions, is a decent handyman, builds valuable relationships, is easy to contact, is very cost effective, strong and handsome.Cons - My PM tends to read the news and drink coffee too long in the mornings, takes too long for lunch, randomly stops working in the afternoon, will spend 8 hours working on something that takes a professional two hours, drives a crappy Ford Ranger and buys work clothes at Goodwill and is neither strong nor handsome.

Your business interests may even expand beyond just you and your spouse and I would not be comfortable entering into a business relationship with a party in which I didn't know what the outcome would be if the party were a couple and I didn't know clearly what would happen if they separated.

We are trying to establish a positive relationship with them so they keep lending us money!!

I have a building that was built in 1905 but the historical board wouldn't let me use Vinyl. 

Bigger Pockets has been an encouragement to expect to develop relationships with others involved in real estate.Something else I have loved about Bigger Pockets is that there seems to set new horizons that I didn’t know I could dream about.
