I am looking to learn everything about investing in real estate and network with real estate professionals.

But, I want to work in the industry and around real estate professionals so I can learn as much as possible and have great real estate contacts when I need them.  

Note the difference between dealing with scammers and dealing with professionals? 

lol-After they move out I hire another pest inspector and again the inspection turns up nothing.

Brevard is increasing jobs now: Boeing, Harris, Northrop all hiring.

IMO Trump wins, taxes get cut, rates go up, import tariffs go up, thus forcing business to move back to the states with the added bonus of cheaper cooperate taxes, means lots of jobs, it's basically free money, and cheaper to do business in America vs somewhere else.Any good business person knows, it's not your product that makes your company successful, it's your people, so hire a lot of them.

Like it or not, in life, you have to pay in some manner to get that knowledge and experience.I have been doing this since 1975 and I still use paid professionals to help me.

As with any investment that you don't live in you or you hire someone to manage it. 

I would definitely use one that comes recommended from a local professional like Patrick.
