But what about the 'heat treatments' and chemical treatments (less expensive than heat!)

The heat is a gas boiler with a landlord thermostat (does not go above 71 degrees).

You have to study so many different elements of construction, too, which increase your knowledge base of what repairs need to be done and how they should/could be done.

I'm not too sure about any major repairs, but so far the recurring expenses are plumbing and maybe replace a/c or heating.
