Well that time is upon me… About half-way through all the BP Podcasts, and have been reading every blog post and book I can get my hands on!

Half are to decently paid UAW works who have been laid off and all are in a town that has been locked down.

My partner on one of the SFH has cash to fund the entire rehab I might just privately lend more for my half until we refinance then pay him off and regain my capital.

Or you could just leave it there, go military on that debt over the next few months, cut your lifestyle in half, no spending, no entertainment, no luxuries, just paying down debt and eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and improve your position that way. (99% of people won't do this, and I can't blame them)I currently moved funds from a Rollover IRA into a much more liquid position, for any opportunities in the near future.

Yeah I’m a chief engineer for commercial size buildings in the Northeast salaries could be as high as 100,000 in the Midwest I’m guessing about half.
