@Suly Bolanos Definitely landscaping such as mowing yards and raking leaves being in the mobile home investing business. 

Whether it's a posh, 110 unit apartment complex, a strip mall, a mobile home park, or a standard SFR; I am open to it all. 

I have gotten into buying and selling Mobile Homes but the business is coming in much quicker than I anticipated and I'm starting to have to pass on deals b/c I don't have the cash flow yet.

Single wide mobile home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The two that I looked into both use a cryptography technology that allows you to generate one time access codes from their mobile app.

All a single family house is going to do for you at this point is create a huge financial obligation and possibly restrict your mobility.
