I am looking for buy-and-hold long-term rentals that require only minor fixup, if any.

We use data from Airdna as well as Airbtics, MLS data for tax savings and property info, and also long term rental comps data. 

However I'm wondering what is a good roi and structure. 

So knowing this was in the urban growth boundry but most likely a long time from anything happening..

Mentioned usury so as long as you dont violated that .. and one note one investor not tied to any project..
