If that is the case, under the new tax law you can take a 100% bonus depreciation on it which means that it would be entirely deductible this year bringing down your taxable income significantly.

If your DTI is already low enough, you might consider saving for REI depending on your comfort level, as @Adrien S. mentioned.You might also consider saving any sign-on bonus you get from your W2 job for a down payment.
