There are times over the years that I wouldn't notice this for days and would end up losing hundreds of dollars in food over the years from my freezers outside being shut off.

I'm going to have my tenants all do the food coloring test tomorrow (below) to see if their toilets have a leak. 

There's a Whole Foods going up next door and Amazon moving to the area.

It is my opinion that people get stuck in paralysis by analysis when they are afraid to lose.I just made sure that If I went bankrupt because of my investments that my basics were covered:Solid W-2 Career, roof over my families head, and food on the table.  

You will also need a food insurance guy Rob Bowen from farmers does a lot of local investors flips and buy and hold insurance.  

We laid down traps and haven't seen any inside, and have sealed up our food to be precautious.

I recently have a new tenant who has been there for a month and wants a new fridge, wants me to add a new light switch to the bathroom to turn off fan exhaust to save money on electricity, wants me to buy new door alarms.The fridge is functional and working, he is upset that the insides bend a little when he puts a lot of food in there.
