Wholesaling fire damage houses

Hello Everyone, 

I was wondering if anyone can assist me with a wholesaling question. I am interested in wholesaling a multi-unit property in Connecticut however, it does have fire damage. Would this be the same process as wholesaling a non-damaged property?
