Apparently they have (in addition to all the other features) an area where you can get in touch with cleaning companies that are using the app in a particular area.Hope this helps as I’ll be looking into it next.https://www.getproperly.com/en

Many of these homes also feature structural damage like holes in the roof or boarded up windows.

Go on Facebook, Craigslist, Zillow etc... and see what similar units with similar features are going for in your area.
