Hello,I’m a new investor but would like to team up with an experienced group or partner to learn more about the business on Multifamily investing.

I'm looking to buy a new construction rental property with Texas Turnkey Properties.  Looking to see if any other investors worked with them and how their experience went.  Any and all information is appreciated.

C/D areas seem good for cash flow but in reality evictions, limits on housing authority vouchers, and a more unstable tenant pool means the returns are almost never as good as they look on paper, unless you're a very experienced investor working in your own market (saving money on management fees).

New Britain will present challenges as there are many experienced tenants that know the system better than most landlords.

Hello fellow BPer'sI am looking for an experienced investment realtor to help my find my first deal within the Houston area ( including Spring, Cypress, Conroe, Pearland, and Missouri City). 

I've been working through some creative financing ideas and I'd like to float this by some more experienced REIs: I'm looking to buy a house for $70K. 

I do know that lending can be complicated with a sponsor and a less experienced person on the deal, but I know a good lender to go through, so I am confident that it will be possible to overcome that obstacle.In addition, this is a relatively small deal.
