It was ok but I got a better response from e-mail campaigns. 2 sales came off the expensive airtime. 40 came off the e-mail campaign.

Sometimes I wonder if we wouldn't be better served if we just went with a survival of the fittest concept.Yes there are some fast talkers out there that swindled people into bad loans, etc, but in the end, the borrower signed the documents.

you can do do document loans that will not check income, but you will pay a penalty of higher closing costs, higher rates, and higher down paymentYour wifes credit should not matter if you are not putting her on the loan.

I especially like the $25 email fee I have seen on some of my Chicago closings.When I have seen that fee, I have paused the closing and told the closer to get that off the HUD or we ain't closing.Here is the key, by LAW you are supposed be able to review the HUD prior to settlement.
