Anyay,  I'm looking to invest in the Imperial Country area, as an alternative to the over-saturated local L.A market .

I just allowed a local to book our cabin...They work in Gatlinburg and are from some Eastern European country originally (thinking Ukraine).

Going to be rough on currency traders since all the countries are doing it though.

And I would challenge the "haters" to put their record up against mine.This an unprecedented and very difficult situation for our country and I guess I'm going to find out if I'm right or way off base about how people will behave when TSHTF.

Whereas here in Pensacola we will be able to save a good amount AND buy at least one house, maybe two (this would be our first house and we want to have multiple rentals across the country by the time I get out).

I pray everyday for all the people faced with being infected by the virus, the ones out of work, and the leaders of this country.

However, I would like to buy end of this year..so fingers crossed things calm down by then.
