Question - should I do a Correction to the 1099 and put the Trust companies name FBO my name? 

Deals are always out there so find one that makes sense even if a correction happens.

Hi @Lavette Pittman ,If memory serves correct, Sprout is an intermediary that connects you to the actual financial institutions that provide the funds, and they get a commission on you attaining those LOC.

Simple...you should test the approach of achieving the goal to bid offensively low (if on AdWords) to get as cheap CPC as possible so that we can get as many clicks and leads for our budget that is physically allowed.

Thus, I'd like to use a professional.)Last fall, I sought bids for snow removal (shoveling/blowing walkways - no plowing) and to those that bothered to respond, I got ridiculous prices back ($150-$225 per trip; it takes an hour total to shovel all the properties, including travel time between).This spring, I am seeking lawn maintenance bids and I am experiencing the same thing; outrageous (in my opinion) prices for the work involved.

Our buying market is hot, I've been looking for six months, I've made mutliple offers but keep getting out bid, so I'm still considering this condo.
