I'm starting in on the task of Christmas shopping, and looking for good books for one family member.

I love to talk shop with other members who are investing their own time into similar interest.  

High Police presence - The Police in these areas are not sitting around at the coffee shop...they’re BUSY.Low to moderate rents - In these areas it’s tough to get over $700 per month.

The home was previously a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, with a three car detached garage, a shop on the back, and an open front shed on 4.3 sub dividable acres. 

. $1k a month is 300% more than that... seems way too high.I'm sure you've shopped the price around to other companies.
