Cheaper houses are to be had: there was one listed at 65K that according to the blurb, needed total rehab, and since they said mold, drywall, facia, flooring, hvac, plumbing not working, it might be cheaper/easier to bulldoze and start over.

just for the record. if it seems that the media and Hollywood is overwhelmingly Liberal, it was planned that way. for the most part if you want a job in that industry you have to push the Liberal agenda and walk and talk it outwardly even if you disagree with it. the reason for this is because of the political agendas of those who own the big companies in the industry and the puppets they choose to hire. the good news is that most of these big and expensive companies are going out of business due to the internet. due to cheaper technology, entertainment and media is a free for all. if you want to start the next CNN or myspace or anything you can dream of...

I have a lot of bird dogs/wholesalers on the look out for Sub2/owner financing available deals and all too often they get told to pound sand when they try to include their 'fee' to the point where it no longer makes sense simply because I could buy a house retail and get it cheaper.

The price point is low, and the jewelry looks really pretty, so it is easy to sell on ebay or at street fairs.You can make a "diamond" necklace with cubic zirconia for even cheaper and they sell really well because the buyer gets something that no one can tell it's not a real diamond, and they've only paid $10 for it.You wouldn't believe the competition in jewelry and the jewelry sharks make real estate investors look like tame pupfish.
