Inspired by Brandon's book "How to Invest in Real Estate," the infamous "Rich Dad Poor Dad," and the invaluable insights from the Bigger Pockets podcast, I'm ready to expand my horizon into real estate investing while continuing my journey in the aerospace sector.Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Business and currently pursuing a 2nd degree, I'm eager to leverage my skills & commitment in this vibrant market.

It’s not an emotional play, it’s business. 

I’ve managed to build a portfolio of 7 properties with 25 units over the past 4 years on a small salary and a little income from the sale of a business.

These entities do not appear to be set up as self-sustaining independent businesses. 

If its a business expense, and the business is registered here in the US, it maybe able to work.

We are now in a position where we have 4 investment properties completely paid off making us money and I have a high paying W2 job that allows us to feel comfortable enough for him to quit his W2 job and start investing in real estate full time.So my question is… where can we go to get advice on how to move forward with this in regard to the best way to structure our growing real estate rental business?
